• Dear Diary

  hey! my first night here was the summer soltice!

  the dog days are upon us

  here are the good parts of my tues

  first swim

  floating weightless
  spine caressed
  enveloped in big water under blue sky

  and i wonder where i'd float to if i just kept my eyes closed

  slow down take it easy
  deal with it
  it'll come together
  or maybe the entire house will be sucked into the septic

  met a single guy who lives across the street
  invited over for a beer
  as it's full tilt boogie summer
  heck yeah
  relax on a ceiling mounted porch swing
  five acres and a mule
  and a freezer full of venison

  i always wanted to be a beach bum
